6.1 Initial Appointments and Term Lengths
At registration, the following individuals shall be appointed to the Management Committee with staggered initial terms to establish a rolling election cycle:
- 24 month term:
- Liz Pendleton (Chair)
- Thomas Barlow (Treasurer)
- 18 months term:
- Philippa Davies (Secretary)
- Ed Jarvis (General Committee Member)
- 12 months term:
- Tom Hardy (General Committee Member)
- Alex Considine (General Committee Member)
6.2 Ongoing Terms
Following expiry of initial terms:
- All Directors shall serve three-year terms
- A Director may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms
- No more than one-third of the Committee shall retire in any given year
Vacancies may be filled by appointment until the next AGM.
